Specificities


It will be necessary to organize your training programs because they must be alternate, be proportioned, progressive and to take into account of the age, sex and our physical conditions. It is the role of the trainer to set schedules of training workouts for you,  in accordance with your case history.

 

Principles guidelines will be always the same ones :

- Overload : after a physical effort we find oneself on a level of energy stock higher than the starting level. Thus the body increases its potential after each training workout.

 

- Progressiveness : not to cause blockings on the four principle objectives of training (technical, tactical, psychic, physical).

 

- Alternation : diversification, variability of courses (intensity, nature ...).

 

- Specificity : a solid generalized physical preparation is based on the aerobic process before the specialization.

 

 

We evaluate our capacities (tests), we lay down the objectives, we control the results and we lay down new objectives
