Principles guidelines will be always the same ones
:
- Overload : after a physical effort we find oneself on a level of energy stock higher than
the starting level. Thus the body increases its potential after each training workout.
- Progressiveness : not to cause blockings on the four principle objectives of training (technical,
tactical, psychic, physical).
- Alternation : diversification, variability of courses (intensity, nature ...).
- Specificity : a solid generalized physical preparation is based on the aerobic process before
the specialization.
We evaluate our capacities (tests), we lay down the objectives, we control the results and we lay down new objectives
