Objectives

Evaluation of physical capacities and establishment of a detailed training according to our personal objectives and general principles of physiology.

Objectives can be various natures : to lower body fat, to become leaner, to increase our muscle mass, muscular reinforcement, to increase strength, endurance, improvement of sporty performances (football ... ) etc ...

As a preliminary it' s necessary to evaluate, with evaluation tests or controls, and to know our state at a given time and our progression.

Aptitude tests are balance (to stand in balance on a foot with the eyes closed), coordination (harmonious sequences of movements), flexibility (amplitude of various articulations), strength (to measure isotonic or static static).

Tests more sophisticated are measurement of vital capacity (respiratory tests), cardiac adaptation (CHANON's test), evaluation of  anaerobic alactic energy system, evaluation of lactic anaerobic die, evaluation of aerobic energy system. We won't detail these tests for the moment.

Then, it' s necessary to write our training schedule or more simply our work agenda (sporty).

For that we propose to you to determine with you a plan of training in time (year, cycles, training workout, moment, volume of work, duration of exercises, intensity of efforts, time of recovery, nature of exercises).

General principles of a good training are:

- overload : Our muscles find after period of recovery, a level of energy appreciably higher than level than it had at the beginning of training. This initial energy level will increases with each time we begin a new session, after a period of recovery (after several hours).

- progressiveness : It' s necessary to start to carry out our exercises gradually. Thus, we will preferably begin training workouts with exercises requesting endurance before exercises of speed, resistance or too intensive. We will avoid accidents (muscular, joints and others), overwork, and sometimes stagnation of results in sportsmen (women).

- alternation : On the same principle, we will alternate periods of work and rest, nature of training workouts (intense and moderate).

- specificity : It concerns sportsmen (women) who aren't beginners. Indeed according to practiced sport, it' s necessary to rather privilege development of certain physical qualities than others. Certain sports require to privilege endurance rather than speed or both at the same time.

If you want to obtain results, put all these theoretical elements into practice. We propose a personalized training.

We propose to you to establish a personalized training workouts to allow you to achieve your goals (toning up, maintenance, improvement, loss of weight, muscular development and so on ... ). The routines are established by our specialists in coaching, according to a precise questionnaire which you will have to fill out. These detailed routines are complementary to our files and will serve to you as " your personal guidelines ". If you are interested, register !
