Weight
training is beneficial for men because it allows muscular reinforcement, a gain of
strength and potential, a correction of bad postural attitudes, to
fight ageing, an improvement of the body.

Muscular masses of man could be more easily developed than woman because of
anabolic capacity of
hormones (most important is testosterone). This hormone increases the anabolism
protein (muscles and skeleton) and it stimulates muscular work.
Because of spectacular improvement of physical qualities generated by hormones, doping made its appearance. Hormonal
anabolic
make it possible to increase muscular masses and strength, corticoids give a feeling of blow of whip (stimulation of
adrenal glands ), hormones
marketed in products of synthesis activate testosterone secretion. To take these products induce many disorders and problems of health (harmful hormonal
imbalances).

If fatty masses are not supported by a sufficient
muscular tissue, they will tend to accumulate
with certain areas.

accumulation is on level of hips (love handles) and stomach.
Practiced exercises will have to be sufficiently varied in order for not to isolate a muscular group more than another. It's necessary to prefer use of free
weights to guided machines because guided apparatuses make work only a few stabilizing muscles which are used to improve our coordination.
