Training
Principles of training result from a methodical and scientific approach. The whole of the methods of training make it possible
to bring an athlete to sports performances. More generally to achieve our goals that we
have dreamed. Even if we aren't sportsmen (women) and want only to improve our physical
conditions.

Installation of various workloads will create a physiological state of
disorder and that will require an adaptation to effort
of our
body. This regulation of the organism is called homeostasis and it will allow a stabilization of the multiple physiological
constants because any imbalance can be generating disorders.
Physiological states of disorders are for example the increase in acidity in the muscle (lactic acid) when we make muscular
contractions, the temperature, the level of minerals, the accumulation of toxic waste ... .Our regulating systems (nervous system, hormonal, digestive ...) take part in the action of this homeostasis.
Training will target to organize work over the time by planning training workouts according to the objectives targeted in the long term
and short-term (plan of a training workout). Before any effort, warm up is
essential. After the effort, recovery or a
rest are very important.

Objectives to be reached will be:
- technical, i.e. knowledge to carry out correctly the gestures (training and improvement).
- tactic, to know and react to various situations, to envisage a strategy.
- psychological, to control our affectivity and to remain motivated.
- physical, to develop qualities specific to a discipline and to progress.
