This discipline is to be in practice by specialized medical auxiliaries, using massages, reeducation (passive - active movements and mechanic therapy).

Only a diagnosis precise accompanied by examinations complementary and radiographic, carried out exclusively by doctors, specifically formed, can decide you to take the decision of a manipulation. Manipulations doesn't apply obviously to a reduction of a dislocation or subluxation which is the competence of orthopedists.
