Fitness
Cardiovascular and respiratory systems are very
important for a good physical condition because the heart and the lungs provide oxygen
to muscles and eliminate toxins.

The sport of leisure testifies a philosophy of the search of wellness,
fitness and achievement of
oneself. We will oppose it to professional sport, it should be a part of our
leisure time.
Collective practices includes:
- Fitness activities, physical education, aerobics (L.I.A., H.I.A., step, stretching)
- Dance: jazz, modern ...
- Activities of fight: judo, karate, boxing, self-defense ...
- Sports of group: football, rugby ...
- Relaxation: yoga, sophrology.Physiology

Individual practices are:
- Weight training: maintenance or body-building. See our page weight training.
- Individual sports: athletics, shot putter, power lifting ...
- Cardiovascular training workouts called commonly cardio-training (bicycle, stepper,
treadmill, oarsman..)

The word fitness means " good physical
condition, good form ", it is of all activities which are directed around flexibility. The soft weight training developed the practice of
aerobics and other imported disciplines from New Zealand or Australia. Aerobic with the aim of burning fats, the philosophy is repetition of movements in a moderate pace (aerobic). Currently, certain
training workouts are
given on too high rates or rhythms and majority of participants have heart rates too high, thus in
anaerobe
( it's contrary of required effects).
Activities of cardio-training
includes all those which strongly request the cardiovascular and respiratory system. Jogging, swimming, bike are very good exercises.

However, pollution of the city, weather conditions, purchase of
sport hardware, discourage very often majority of people.
For all these, in clubs, the equipment and apparatuses of training help us. These apparatuses are more and more
sophisticated and make it possible to materialize on a
screen the effort with heart rate, calories spent, speed, power
and so on.
In fact the goal is developing cardiac adaptation to effort
for answering cardiac and respiratory requests, due to these activities.
