1. How to choose a good
Health Club.?.
Answer: The choice of a Health Club
is sometimes difficult especially when you have never practiced
fitness and wellness and if it's the first time that
you go to a
club. The number of Health Clubs is very important in many towns and you should
checked a few things if you don't want to be disappointed. To this end, we invite
you to consult our heading "guidelines to choose and to purchase a
subscription in a health clubs". You will find
these advice which will enable you to better choice by avoiding
traps.

2. I go to collective courses
like, pump, L.IA. My friends said to me that I don't do enough weight training compared with the time spent to collective courses. What do you think about
it?
Answer: All the deal is to be in agreement with
your personal choices and objectives. If you plan to make
weight trainings for the first time,
request advices from a trainer of your club. Elementary precautions are essential to avoid traumatisms (see our heading
training). In the objective
of an improvement, three sessions per week will be necessary. Be careful, don' t overwork because you do apparently lot's of activities.
Every time alternate your
activities and reserve moments of rest. Replace some sessions of fitness by sessions of weight training to muscle your body.

4. As many women I wish to lose a few inches of fat on my hips and my buttocks. What can I do ?
Answer: To lose weight it's necessary to make physical activities but also you should adopt at the same time a better
nutrition. It 's necessary to
decrease high glycemic carbohydrates and to prefer low glycemic carbohydrates (pasta, rice, ...), to decrease also too fatty products and to avoid fried food. Dissolve your fats with a healthy food.
Practice a
sport activity of average intensity (race, cycling, cardio-training). Privilege more the duration than the intensity of exercises, not to do short and
intense efforts. For example, stepper is an excellent exercise to invigorate and carve hips, buttocks and thighs. The stretching is also recommended to
decrease risks of injuries and to remodel your body. To obtain quite visible results you'll have to practice these exercises very regularly.

5. What is step ?
Answer: Step aerobics is a form of aerobic activity which is performed on a platform that usually ranges from
4" to 10" in height. Step training was developed to provide a low-impact activity that is both challenging and interesting. People who may not like certain
aspects of aerobic dance find that step is a very good alternative. Each participant works within his or her own space. There is no traveling across a room. When done
properly, step training is an efficient means of improving aerobic fitness. These
exercises allow a cardiovascular work of endurance type. This activity develops coordination with a good caloric expenditure.
