Trainers


The trainer is the professional who has necessary competences to advise beginner sportsmen (women) like the high level sportsmen (women). He must be graduated to be able to exert.

For the activities of fitness, diplomas are ACE/ISSA/AFAA in North America and so on ... (check your country regulations).

Normally all the trainers must have diplomas. Personal trainers are often freelance professionals who set their own schedules, charge their own rates, and specialize in different aspects of fitness.

The activities of fitness, represent the base core to all the human activities. When we practice a sport it's essential to follow a specific preparation. Footballer, tennis player, pilot of formula 1,  chairman, cashier, painter; everybody should do physical activities of fitness.

To live in good physical condition, until an advanced age, this requires a long-term preparation. For the shape, a challenge, as for the retirement, it' s necessary to start to deal with our health capital as soon as possible.
