Physical activity must take an important place in daily life. Indeed, thanks to movements and exercises, we will find a certain wellness.

Our body is conceived in such a way that lack of movement harms to us in long term. To make sport and to move are good for body, spirit and build a slim
and sculptured body. The cardio
training and weight training are the core of all humain activities.

Practice of a physical activity shouldn't be done randomly. It's necessary to establish
